Use of cybersure.co.il (the "Site"), operated by CyberSure Risk Advisory Ltd. ("CyberSure"), is subject to these terms. By accessing or using the Site you agree to them.
1. Nature of the Site
The Site provides general information about CyberSure's services, a 7-question self-assessment, an executive heatmap and a financial-exposure calculator, and lets you book a consultation. The Site does not provide legal, underwriting or insurance advice, and nothing on it creates an attorney-client relationship. Such a relationship arises only under a signed engagement agreement.
2. Assessment, heatmap and exposure calculator
Results are based solely on your unverified answers and on general assumptions and indicative amounts. They are intended as a preliminary indication to encourage further review and do not constitute a legal opinion, a professional risk assessment, an underwriting commitment or a prediction of any claim outcome. Do not rely on them for business, insurance or legal decisions without individual advice.
3. Booking consultations
Booking through the Site is a request for an introductory consultation. CyberSure may reschedule or cancel with prior notice. Confirmations, reminders and the Zoom link are sent by email and WhatsApp to the number you provided; by confirming a booking you agree to receive these messages.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the Site for unlawful purposes, attempt to breach its systems, run bots or automated scripts against it, overload it, harvest information about others, or copy its content for commercial use without written permission.
5. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — text, the questionnaire, logo, design, code, graphics — belongs to CyberSure or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view it for personal use only.
6. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites. CyberSure is not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
7. Limitation of liability
The Site and its content are provided "as is". CyberSure does not warrant uninterrupted availability, freedom from errors or fitness for a particular purpose, and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, will not be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential damage arising from use of the Site or reliance on assessment results.
8. Privacy
Personal data is handled under our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
9. Changes
CyberSure may update these terms and the Site at any time. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts of the Tel Aviv-Jaffa district have exclusive jurisdiction.
